Tatum Kresley

Kresley is a 2020 graduate of Emmaus High School who also experienced two years at Bethlehem Catholic. At Bethlehem Catholic, Kresley was a 2x All-State athlete, EPC 1st Team, EPC 2nd Team, Player of the week on two occasions, Pitcher of the Week, Freshman of the Week, District Champion, Districy Semi-Finalist, and State Runner Up. At Emmaus, Kresley was an All-State athlete, EPC 1st Team, Player of the Week, and District Semifinalist. As the 2020 season came to and end due to COVID, Kresley was named Player of the Year with a baseball player.

 

Kresley began her collegiate career at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she was Rookie of the Year, 1st team All-MEAC for OF, Extra Innings All Freshman Team, NFCA Top 10 Freshman of the Year Finalist, 3x Rookie of the Week, 2x Player of the Week, and set records in stolen bases, batting average, and hits. Her freshman year she was ranked 7th nationally in stolen bases and 15th nationally hitting.

 

After a stellar freshman year, Kresley decided to transfer to the University of Maryland to join the BIG10. After undergoing some coaching issues, she transferred back to UMES. At UMES, a coaching change led her to transfer to East Stroudsburg University for her final two years!

 

Kresley specializes in body mechanics, body positioning, with focus on developing an understanding of our bodies and how and why they are used. Females bodies are not the same as males and it is important to use the right muscles when pitching.

 

Tatum is extremely excited to join us and will be available for pitching, hitting, slapping and defensive skills.
